Jesus is the founder of Del Valle Petroleum Inc. Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M (2004) and University of Zulia in Venezuela (1989) respectively.

Graduated from Sonoma State University (USA, 1985) and diploma in Petroleum Engineering, Heriot-Watt University (United Kingdom, 2016).
